Placitas Homesteads is a custom home subdivision in Sandoval County, New Mexico. Our beautiful community is located near the historic village of Placitas in the high desert foothills of the majestic Sandia Mountains.
The Placitas Homesteads Home and Property Association is a non-profit, member organization governed by a five member board of directors and served by dedicated volunteers.
